🍎Fees are payable by the session and are paid weekly in advance via bank. Fees are payable if a child is absent without notice or for a short period of sickness / family holiday. Parents / guardians are advised to speak to Ally Smith about payment of fees in cases of prolonged absence. A child’s continued place at Trelawnyd Little Learners is dependent on continued payment of fees.
🍎Fees must be paid within 5 days of receiving an invoice. Failure to do so will result in a £5 daily charge. Invoices will be sent electronically and / or on a printed document depending on what works best for each family.
•Breakfast Club 8.00am – 8.40am (offered by school within the TLL room) = £2
•Wrap Around Care 11.30am – 3.00pm = free with Childcare Voucher (Number – C8178650)
•Stay and Play 3.00pm – 4.00pm = £2
•After School Provision 3.00pm – 5.15pm = £10
🍎If your child is attending the after school session and wants to take part in the stay and play activity, no extra fee is added. Trelawnyd Little Learners is a cashless setting; therefore, all payments must be made via the bank using your child’s name as the reference. 🍎Our setting accepts the Childcare Offer. We are registered to deliver the full 30 hours for eligible 3 year olds, which consists of 10 hours of early education with Ysgol Trelawnyd and 20 hours of topped up childcare per week within Trelawnyd Little Learners. This commences the term after the child’s third birthday.
